Adding an option to remove permanent extenstions like pdf and hangouts

Don't you think that you should enable a option to remove these extensions bcoz some peoples like me don't use chrome as pdf opener..else we use acrobat. and same with hangouts. There should be a option to remove them. Not marking them as permanent.
