Fail to update subscription

I am using v2rayNG in a Xiaomi TV (mainland China version), it had been working like a charm until about half a year ago, since which I have been keeping getting errors when trying to update the subscription. But it is working just fine with my other android phones.
The error logs has been snapshotted and attached, appreciate if you could look into this issue.
