How to collect RAG datasets

   Each doctor may have different words for expressing instructions. If most of the words cannot be exhaustively listed when preparing the data set, the hit rate of vector retrieval of instructions will be very low, and it cannot be applied in the enterprise.
   Ask for advice:
   I have searched many RAG articles in major manufacturers and Google, but they only focus on the use of frameworks or the methodology of improving retrieval. There are no articles on how to convert company business into data sets, how to collect data sets, and what format to collect them in. I urgently hope that those who have practical experience can give some suggestions. Thank you very much.
